It is an immersive, interactive experience where guests are locked in a room filled with puzzles, clues, and hidden items. Players must work together in a race against the clock to solve a series of increasingly challenging puzzles.

Not Exactly. You will be in a room with the locked doors, but each door is equipped with an exit button which you may trigger at any time. If you ever feel uncomfortable or scared for any reason you may request that the game master open the door by speaking out loud or you can press the exit button and leave on your own at any time.

We have a variety of different rooms available which differ in terms of their content and theme. Some of the rooms have more of an adventure theme while others are more of a horror/thriller theme which may be suspenseful. However, you can request to adjust the desired level of suspense/scariness in the horror themed rooms by speaking to our staff before you begin the game.

We will allow for larger groups, but our recommendation is to split your group evenly and play two separate rooms during similar time slots. For example, if you have 12 people, 6 can play Butcher, and 6 can play Lost City. We would also say that the ideal number for these types of games is 3 to 6 people. Your group must arrive at least 15 minutes before the game is scheduled to begin so you can be provided a brief overview of the game as well as the necessary instructions. The game will begin exactly at the scheduled time which was booked (No earlier or later!). Meaning, if you are late for the scheduled time, we do not guarantee that you have the full allotted time as any delay in your scheduled time may conflict with the next game and unfairly effect another group.

We strongly recommend that all players of the same group arrive together at the same time. However, if any player(s) fails to show up on time, we will be forced to not allow them to join their team members in the game as this will disrupt the gameplay and ruin the intended experience for the other players.
